STeta Therapy + Wellness is an out-of-network provider although Dr. Sara Teta will work to provide you with the documentation necessary for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. It is up to the client to contact their insurance provider to determine if any services are reimbursable as provided by STeta Therapy + Wellness.
A free, 15-minute consultation will be scheduled for you and me to discuss your presenting needs and goals and to address any questions you might have. If we determine it to be a good fit, the first therapy session will be scheduled.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

A typical 30 or 60 minutes appointment will include a 25 or 45 minute treatment, respectively. This allows us time to engage in initial conversation to discuss your wants, needs, and intentions, as well as, answer any questions. It is helpful to come with an intention for your healing session and knowing what you would like to gain from the healing session. Reiki works holistically on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
If this is your first experience with Reiki, it might be beneficial to consider doing 3-5 sessions to adjust to the experience and gain the benefits from the healing experience.
Payment is accepted via check, cash, or Ivy Pay app.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will charged for the full rate of the session.
