Trauma-informed, compassionate therapy for children, adolescents, and adults

Every person’s experiences shape how they move through the world. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore patterns with curiosity, gain insight, and develop tools for emotional regulation. Together we’ll find new ways to approach challenges and help you respond to life with more intention, confidence, and self-understanding.

I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults both in person and virtually, offering a warm and safe space for healing and growth.

About Me

Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom to spirited daughters who remind me to stay curious and playful. I find joy in creativity and art—whether exploring museums or making things by hand—and renewal in spending time outdoors, especially near the ocean.

These moments of laughter, connection, and creativity keep me grounded and inspired, enriching the perspective I bring to therapy.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles and emphasizes curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and somatic principles.

As a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) provider, I integrate nervous system regulation to promote emotional safety and self-regulation.

This holistic approach helps clients explore not only their thoughts but also the body’s responses to stress, connection, and change.

Areas of Focus:

• Anxiety & Depression
• ADHD & Neurodivergence
• Trauma & PTSD
• Family & Parenting Support
• Emotional Regulation
• Self-Esteem & Identity
• Life Transitions

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels authentic and empowering. I bring humor, curiosity, and compassion into the work—believing that meaningful change grows from awareness, patience, and connection.

Why Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to explore yourself with curiosity and compassion. It’s a collaborative process that helps you understand patterns, develop emotional regulation, and approach life with more intention and confidence.

I believe meaningful change happens through awareness, patience, and connection—never perfection.

Working Together

For children and teens, I often collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, focusing on strengthening understanding, communication, and consistency at home and school.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or new tools for emotional growth, I offer a safe, compassionate environment that honors your experiences and supports authentic transformation.
