The structure includes a 45-minute initial intake meeting, followed by two to three 20-minute follow-up sessions, typically scheduled every 3-4 weeks.
We assess various aspects of your lifestyle, including food and movement routines and environmental exposures. This comprehensive assessment helps connect action steps to your personal goals, ensuring a tailored approach to your well-being.
Dr. Sara Teta does not address changes in medication regimens within these integrative services, as this falls outside our scope.
